Manual harvest in plastic crates. Bunch selection based on ripeness level.
Vinification: Grapes cultivated using biodynamic techniques. Manual harvest with bunch selection. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins at 28–30°C for sixteen days, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Aging: The wine is aged in first and second-passage barriques for 18 months. Then blended in steel. Bottled in August 2018, two years after harvest.
Bottle Aging: At least 6 months

Color: Deep, impenetrable purple red
Bouquet: Red berry fruit, blackberry; spices reminiscent of vanilla, black peppercorn, and juniper. A balsamic note completes the aromatic profile.
Palate: Extremely elegant, soft and enveloping wine, with silky, gentle yet powerful tannins. Fresh, very persistent, and endless.
