Vinification: The grapes were grown following organic certification standards, using biodynamic techniques. Hand-harvested with bunch selection. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, skin maceration at 28/30°C for fifteen days, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel.
Aging: The wine is aged in steel tanks for 16 months, then naturally cold-stabilized during the winter. Bottled in spring/summer.
Bottle Aging: At least 6 months
Color: Bright ruby red
Bouquet: Deep nose with delicate notes of underbrush (blueberry, black cherry, morello cherry), integrated with floral hints (violet and iris).
Palate: Enveloping, lively, and savory, with silky and elegant tannins. Vibrant and very long finish.
